Incorporated in 2020 and fully sawmill-integrated, MTC is much more than a project delivery partner—we are an industrial catalyst.

We proudly own our land in East Hants, Nova Scotia, and in 2026, we are breaking ground on a $200 million, world-class manufacturing facility. Designed to be majority First Nation-owned, this state-of-the-art plant represents a true circular, value-added economic solution for Canada.

At full capacity, MTC will produce 50,000 cubic meters of custom Glulam and Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) annually. That translates to 2.5 million square feet of sustainable construction every single year, transforming our regional forestry sector into a global powerhouse of advanced green manufacturing.

Within 24 months, MTC anticipates rolling our first fully certified, Nova Scotia Maritime Mass Timber products off the line. We are not just supplying buildings; we are building the future.
